Skills Is Finally Here

More than 300 volunteers joined forces to achieve a common goal: helping people make better-informed training decisions. With SKILLS, Triyo Lab provides a free and publicly accessible platform built on the experiences of individuals who have completed training programs.
Choosing a Training Program Is About More Than Budget
Training can support a career change, enable professional growth, or help someone build confidence in a new field. It requires an investment of money, time, and personal expectations.
Yet choosing the right training program remains difficult. While course descriptions explain objectives, and testimonials often describe positive experiences, an important question remains:
What knowledge and skills do people actually retain and use after completing a training program?
This is the question that inspired the creation of SKILLS.
A Collective Effort Involving More Than 300 Volunteers
The launch of SKILLS is the result of an impressive collaborative effort.
Since the beginning of the project, more than 300 volunteers have contributed at various stages. Some supported specific milestones, while others ensured continuity throughout the project's development.
Software development, design, data analysis, training expertise, project coordination, and communication all played a key role in bringing this initiative to life.
We would like to sincerely thank everyone who contributed to this journey.
Experiences That Help Others Make Better Decisions
SKILLS allows users to explore training programs and contribute to their evaluation.
Our methodology relies on verified feedback collected several months after course completion, giving participants enough time to apply what they have learned in real-life situations.
The objective is to provide meaningful information about:
- What learners retain over time;
- What skills are actually used in practice;
- How relevant the training is to the intended career path.
These insights help future learners make more informed choices.
A First Concrete Outcome of Our Action Research
